Growing Pains

I couldn't come up with a clever title for the post at this point in time so the title will probably get added on later. Right now I am working with the fact that I am trying to plan a wedding. I am trying to find a way to make my blog more enjoyable for readers and continue to do book reviews. When I look at other people's websites and blogs to see how they keep up with demand and I see that they have several reviews on their websites doing reviews. It isn't just a one man team like I am right now. I can see how maybe they can produce more work than I am however I feel like I am producing good quality work and it is just me but I wonder if maybe my opinion is getting old and people what to see a variety of styles of reviews. I want to grow as a blogger and have my website grow but I am having a hard time trying to figure out what will take me over that ledge to where I am thriving rather than struggling. Don't get me wrong I am doing well on Dazzled by Books and I am still getting great subscribers, I am just wanting to move forward and take Dazzled by Books to the next step. What that is...is what I need to figure out? I want to know what my readers think and what they have to say?

As much as I like reading and reviewing books, I want my readers to enjoy the content that is on my blog. I feel like if they don't enjoy the content than I am not accomplishing what I hope to accomplish. I would love to get more writer for my blog. Anyone who is interested should contact me. I am pretty open and more than willing to teach. I just have to have people who our interested in doing the work. If having new opinions on the blog is what I need to accomplish the next step, then I am more than ready to move forward. In the meantime I can just continue to do what I am doing and try to bring my love of books to my readers.

Sometimes I find having a website, a life, and a job difficult. I do the one thing that I love which is reading and incorporate that into my website. Then on top of that I have a life. A family. A fiance. A career. All of these demand my attention, so I can't just sit back and stay at home only doing things on my blog. I am juggling a career in financing that takes up the majority of my time. I work more than 4o hours a week for a financial institution and then by the time I get home I am totally wiped out. I am having a hard time trying to find someone who relates to me. I've met a lot of students in the blog world and a lot of stay at home mom's but I haven't really found anyone that tries to juggle everything in life-like I do. Do others like me really exist? I would love to get advice and see how you make everything work. I am always looking for ways to improve. I want to go through the growing pains of keeping Dazzled by Books current and keeping up with the new best thing that is coming out. How do you set yourself a part from everyone else?
