Book Review: All Fall Down by Ally Carter

"All Fall Down" by Ally Carter was definitely worth the wait. I've been waiting weeks to get this book on audiobook from my local library. I also have a signed hardcover but I really wanted to listen to it. I feel like waiting for the audiobook was so worth it. Not only does it have a great narrator but I thought the story was so good. I was hooked.

I love that this story is all amount politics and embassies. I've missed the Gallagher stories since it has ended but I think I may like Embassy Row a whole lot better. This novel had such amazing characters and I was so excited to get to know each of them and follow their adventures on Embassy Row. 16-year-old Grace has moved to live with her Grandfather in the American Embassy in Adria. Grace's mother died when she was 13 years old and Grace is convinced that she has found the person that did it.

I think Grace is a great character. She is genuine but at the same time she is going to do what she wants and also protect her friends and the other people around her because she does want anyone else to get hurt. I think "All Fall Down" has such a great mystery to the story. I am looking forward to the sequel. I believe Carter has gotten better as a writer. I really enjoyed her writing and storyline in this one. I am anxiously waiting for the next one.
