Spotlight: How to Be Brave by E. Katherine Kottaras

"How to Be Brave" by E. Katherine Kottaras is about a girl, whose mother died and left her a letter that explains why Georgia needs to be brave. Now Georgia is determined to be brave as she starts her senior year of high school. Georgia is still grieving over the loss of her mother. So to help her, she ends up creating a bucket list of all the things that she would like to accomplish that she is scared of. I liked that this book wasn't all about romance, but at the same time, there was a few things that I didn't like about it. Like trying pot being on her list, things like that. I wish books didn't encourage drugs as much as they do.
