Dazzled by Books

I love Tera Lynn Childs. I was excited to see a new book from her. I slowly became board with this book. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Sloane was forced to move to Texas due to some trouble she got into with her friends. She loved New York and all she wants is to go back there. Tru is the boy next door. Sloane wants to have nothing to do with Tru. This story is about two kids that have some form of trouble in their life. I feel like the story was way too busy with different power arcs that it was so hard to maintain focus on everything going on. The characters were okay but they weren't bad either. At least they grew a little bit in their journey. It was a pretty fast read. I just expected more.
