Dazzled by Books

Of Triton by Anna Banks is a beautiful sequel in the Syrena world. Here we have many established characters that add a lot to the story. This book really focused on the rules and politics of the Syrena world. They way the Syrena world is set up is so interesting to me. It is almost like a mix of modern world and old world. I loved getting to know the way of this society works better.

Emma's history of her life is being completely rewritten. now she doesn't know what to think. I really admired Emma in this book because her entire world has been turned upside down, yet Emma keeps pushing forward.

I loved getting to know these characters better. You got a bit of Syrena history and you get to meet new minor characters. So much of this story takes place in the ocean. I think Emma and Galen spent more time apart than they did together but I think that also gave the reader a chance to get to know who these characters are becoming without them being wrapped around each other all the time.

I am definitely looking forward to reading the conclusion.
