Windfall by Jennifer E. Smith is written very lovely. Smith brings her readers beautiful conversations that make your heart break. This book deals with loss, death, and poverty. I found myself having a hard time with this because there is so much selfishness. The story just seemed to drag on. Windfall was not the book for me.
