Review:

Angel Mage by Garth Nix is my very first book by this author. I enjoyed it quite a bit. I really enjoyed the spin of the three musketeers but with angels. This story is epic. It really focuses on power and youth. There are two separate vents or stories going on at the same time. There is the story of Liliath and the story of the musketeers. Liliath is obsessed with these musketeers even though we don't know why or what is so special about them. One of the things I really found interesting in this book is that most of the powerful are women. That was definitely a change.

Angel Mage is told in several POVs and the POVs will change within the different chapters. Also be preapred that this is a standalone book. There is not a sequel coming. I am so sorry. Nix did a fantastic job with this book. I am so gald that I started to pick this one up. I love anything to do with angels but putting the musketeer spin on it, made it so much better.
